Terms of Service
Terms of Service, IPTV Panels and Subscriptions
Every reseller panel and every subscription runs under a simple set of terms. Nothing here is meant to trip you up. Most of it just puts into words what you’d probably assume anyway. Read it once, and you’ll know exactly where you stand.
Who Can Use IT Panels UK
You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your own country. That’s a normal requirement across almost any online service. You’re also responsible for giving us accurate details when you sign up. A wrong email address or a wrong phone number can delay your panel or subscription, so it pays to double check.
Your Account Is Yours to Protect
Whether you’re running a reseller panel or using a personal subscription, your login details belong to you. Keep them private. Don’t hand them to someone you don’t fully trust. If something happens under your account, you’re the one responsible for it. This is standard across the industry. Providers like gbreseller.co.uk apply the same basic rule, and for good reason, shared logins cause far more problems than they solve.
How Credits Work
Credits are a one time payment. They don’t expire. There’s no subscription billing running quietly in the background. You top up when you’re ready, on your own schedule, not ours. Prices are the ones published on our pricing pages at the time you buy. We may adjust pricing for future orders, but a price you’ve already paid never changes retroactively.
Using the Service Responsibly
Our panels and subscriptions are infrastructure. They’re tools, not content libraries. You’re responsible for what you connect, stream, or distribute through them. That includes making sure you have the rights to any content you handle. We’ve laid out our full position on this in our Disclaimer. Using our service means you agree to that page too, not just this one.
Uptime and Availability
We work to keep panels and subscriptions running reliably. Like any internet based service, occasional downtime can happen. Servers need maintenance. Networks have hiccups. We’re not liable for losses caused by interruptions outside our direct control. We are, however, quick to respond when something’s actually broken on our end.
When We Can Close an Account
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. This applies especially to illegal content distribution, something we take seriously and won’t tolerate. You can also close your own account whenever you like. Credits already activated are non-refundable, and the full detail on that lives in our Refund Policy.
These Terms Can Change
We may update these terms occasionally. If you keep using the service after a change, that counts as accepting the new version. We don’t bury changes or try to sneak anything past you, if something meaningful shifts, it’ll be reflected clearly on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute ever needs resolving, that’s the legal framework it falls under.
Questions About These Terms
If anything here is unclear, don’t guess. Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp before you run into an issue, not after. It’s a much easier conversation to have upfront.
